你穿对bra吗？

A) 内衣太紧

如果你看起来应该穿80A,但是就算穿 80B还是觉得紧, 可能是:
1)在量胸围的时候,你的measuring tape拉得太紧了,所以胸围尺寸错了.
2)内衣的cup选择错误,不该穿half cup, 应该选择full cup的罩杯.
3)多试穿不同款式的内衣,因为cup的不同,效果都会不一样. 不一定每样内衣都是穿回同样的尺码.
4)正确穿内衣的方法是弯腰,90度,把乳房和腋下及背部的肉挤进内衣的罩杯内.然后调整肩带.后面尽量不
要扣最后一排.
5)当你坐直,双手举高时,内衣不该往上移.

Your bra should not feel too tight if you're wearing the right size. Also it should sit parallel to your underbust all round and not ride up when you lift up your arms.

Remember to bend down 90 degrees as you wear your bra. Push all your breasts into each cup of the bra fully. Also make sure your bra straps and not too loose or tight. Try hooking the inner hooks instead of the outer one.


(B) 内衣两旁腋下的肉太多

1)可以试着到Triumph柜台试穿Form and Beauty系列的内衣,它们有比较厚的side panel和肩带,
罩杯也比较大可以包裹整个胸部,可以让胸部更加集中. 穿了之后绝对不会有”三层肉”!
2)选择内衣时,不要选太松的内衣,虽然舒服但是,它们无法给胸部支撑,反而会让胸部下垂.


(C)内衣肩带老是掉下来,很松!

1)内衣穿上的时候,一定要自己调整肩带的松紧,有很多人不调整以为内衣买的时候已经经过调整.
2)不要调得太紧,会压着我们的皮肤,造成痕迹. 正确的是穿上后会舒服,不会束缚而一跟手指可以轻松塞进兼
带下. It should not cut into your flesh but be comfortable enough to fit and move
one finger inside along the straps.
3)如果肩带老是松脱,而自己还继续穿,久而久之会造成胸部下垂.


(D)OVER and underbust是什么?
Underbust measurement is the circumference measured from under your breasts. Overbust measurement is the circumference measured around the fullest part of your breasts (usually mid point).


(E)如何选择适合自己的CUP及尺寸?

1) Measure your underbust by taking the circumference measurement under your bust area. This will give you body size whether you are 70,75, 80, 85 etc.
2) Measure the overbust circumference (fullest part of your breasts).
3) OVERBUST - UNDERBUST measurement will give you your cup size whether
A, B, C, D etc.

(F)在什么时候该穿FULL CUP?

1)如果你胸部很伟大就应该穿Full Cup, 因为A或Bcup的人通常无法穿FULL CUP的内衣.
2)一般人都是穿3/4 cup,因为它能支撑胸部也能让胸部更集中.
3)½ cup 内衣通常适合把肩带取下,以strapless来穿.但是胸部丰满的人很难找到适合自己的strapless
bra, 无肩带内衣.

(G)不同场合应该穿不同内衣

1)质地由您选择,舒服就好.
2)有些人喜欢sexy lace, 其他的喜欢棉质的.
3)T-shirt bra is a smooth cup, completely seamless bra, which is great for everyday
wear, or under tight tops. But smooth cup bras or our T-shirt bra will give you a
better shape and bodyline.
